Welcome to Your Voice, our staff survey.

As you will know, since January last year we have been asking you to give your thoughts on our organisation via our regular Pulse Surveys. This has helped us to assess the cultural ‘pulse’ of our organisation and help me and the Corporate Leadership Team to focus attention on what needs to improve across our organisation. With your help we want to fulfil our cultural ambition to be “an organisation which lives and breathes our Values, where all of our people are able to work in an empowered, collaborative and innovative way to make a real and positive difference for all our communities”.

I have promised you that we would have a staff survey in the Summer of 2018 which would give us a more comprehensive picture of where we are on our cultural journey. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and has just 40 questions which require you to rate, on a scale of 1 to 5, how true you feel they are in relation to your own personal experience of working for our organisation.

Please don’t miss this opportunity to have your voice heard. We will be sharing the results of our survey - ‘good, and not so good yet’ with you at our Annual Staff Conference in the Autumn.
